Individual Lesson Terms and Conditions

• For learner permit holders only*
• 24-hour notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons otherwise a $25 late cancellation fee will be charged.

*Excluding refresher lessons.

Discount Packages Terms and Conditions

• Discount packages are not refundable or transferable.
• Discount packages are valid from Monday to Friday. All lessons must be conducted between 9am till 5pm.
• All discount packages must be paid in full on the first lesson (lay-buys not accepted). Not to be used in conjunction with any other special offers.
• All discount packages are valid for 12 months after purchase date and must be used within 4 months once activated.
• 24-hour notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons from packages otherwise that lesson will be deducted from the total of the package.
• Discount packs purchased by error can be refunded within 7 days. A $10 administration fee applies (taken from refund).
• Discount packages purchased online which have not yet commenced may be cancelled. A cancellation of service fee equaling 20% of the total package cost is taken from the refund amount.

Express Licence and Drive Test pack Terms and Conditions

• Express licence and drive tests packs are not refundable or transferable.
• Available to learner permits holders and overseas licence conversions.
• All lessons included in Express Licence Packages require pick up and drop off at the Vicroads office.
• One 60min lesson must be completed on the day of and just before the driving test unless otherwise agreed upon with/by the instructor.
• Weekends permitted.
• Express licence packs exclude all Vic Roads fees.
• Driving tests cancelled with less than 14 days notice prior to the test date will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
• Drivers must have all their documentation including learner permits and hazard perceptions tests valid and up to date before test date.
• Overseas licence holders must have all documents translated by the proper authorities and must have all identification with them on the day of the driving test, full fees will still apply if driving test is not conducted because of lack of documentation.
• Booking dates and times may vary to online booking form depending on instructors availability, confirmation of booking will be given once the instructor in your area has made contact with you.
• Express licence and drive test packs purchased by error can be refunded within 7 days. A $10 administration fee applies (taken from refund).

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Please note our terms and conditions before making your purchase to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
• All Gift Vouchers including Defensive Driving courses are valid for 3 years after purchase date, can be used with either Auto or Manual transmissions and are only to be used Monday to Saturday.
• Vouchers are non-refundable,or changeable(manual or auto), and not transferable to another person.
• Unused vouchers cannot be refunded.
• Please treat vouchers like cash if lost we cannot replace, onus is on the recipient.
• Please pass on these terms & conditions to the recipient.

*All prices incur a surcharge of 1.95% for American Express, MasterCard and Visa Credit and Debit cards via the PayPal payment method. Diners club not accepted.
